Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) was founded in 2006 to accelerate the growth of North Minneapolis’ entrepreneurial community as a means of building wealth and fostering economic vitality in a historically disinvested neighborhood. Our mission is to build wealth for low- to moderate income entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis and surrounding communities. NEON supports the start-up, growth, and success of local Northside entrepreneurs and small business owners through the delivery of high-quality, free professional business development and technical assistance services.
