We curate signature social and professional development events that bring together thousands of professionals across industries, offering dynamic networking, community building, and opportunities to thrive both personally and professionally. By partnering with corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations, TC-BEN helps employers invest in retention and inclusion while providing employees with meaningful ways to connect. Our mission is clear: to create spaces where Black professionals can build lasting relationships, access resources, and feel a stronger sense of community in the Twin Cities.In addition to our signature programs, TC-BEN offers event planning and production services for clients.
